My name is Tomas Graca, and I have been involved in the tennis coaching industry for 20 years. During my tennis coaching career I moved from high performance coach to tennis business operator and later business owner

Throughout my journey, I discovered a common challenge many of us face—managing the administrative side of our businesses. 

As my coaching business grew, so did the admin workload. I found myself spending more time on administrative tasks rather than on the court, doing what I love most: helping students reach their potential.

This shift not only affected my passion for coaching but also impacted the quality of my coaching sessions. The constant worry about tasks like chasing invoices and other admin duties left me feeling overwhelmed. My personal life took a backseat as I worked seven days a week, trying to keep up with everything.

I realised that if I wanted to continue running my business and enjoy coaching again, I needed to find a solution.
